Congrats to all placegetters. Remember that all surfers will drop
their three worst results throughout the year. Everyons drops
April (as it was cancelled) so the two worst results you score don't
counttowards overall places. It is very close in most divisions when
this is taken into account. Good results for the rest of the year
could well mean podium finishes overall for almost all surfers in
all divisions.
I have a 6'2" Byrne board (by Phil Byrne for Glenn) in may garage!!
It was left after sundays comp. please contact me if it lives at your
house.
Some
honourable mentions for the day went to Matt Stevenson in B Grade. Matt is new to surfing and
took on the rough conditions at Coalcliff in a gutsy fashion. Well
done!!
all the 12's. the sets were way overhead for them. they are fearless
and will be taking all our waves before we know it. Mick Smoley and Ian Ando. no more said!!
drew. i think he's found love with the new barby.
christian. i'm sure he's found love with the whole new trailer!!!
speaking of the new trailer many thanks to cdc who has been on the
case for months now, and to Glenn Cahill who did a great spray
job. thanks also to Stewart Montague is going to fit out the
inside.
Another
Treachery trip has rolled around. some great waves on sunday
saw some of the best finals surfing for ages. Shaun Ando scoring a
9 in the A final was probably the highlight but there were plenty
of other great waves.
SCARBOROUGH
BOARDRIDERS SHINE in Ocean and Earth Teenage Rampage at

The Club is putting the final touches to our New Trailer and
we will now be fully mobile and equipped for hosting larger events
in the future. The Trailer will provide the club with a greater presence
and a more professional operation with our 2010 sponsors getting significant
signage and logo placement.
Thanks
again and looking forward to a successful year ahead for your company
and the Scarborough Club.
