Jacob Hooker Explodes at Local

The weekend had been small 2 foot ankle slappers with the dreaded NE wind blasting the sand with annoying stinging missiles blown up making any beach activity a miss.

However Jacob and a few surf rat mates noticed the wind dropped late Sunday and a slight pulse in the swell. This is were we caught up with Jacob as he cut loose in a now well groomed NE peaking swell.

Jacob's attacking nature pulled every ounce of juice out of the shifting peaks. After a solid session of excellent surf the word was out and the once empty peaks were full with all types of watercraft.

Jacob came in pulled out his trusty bike from amongst the bushes and headed of home fanned by the southerly buster that was tipped to come earlier in the day.
